MOLD3D ACADEMY REFUND POLICY
INSTRUCTED CLASS
- All instructed classes include a non-refundable $50 deposit. Cancellation requests must be made by email to info@mold3dacademy.com.
- Each instructed class will be issued refunds per the following information:
- Before the first day of class: 100% refund less non-refundable deposit.
- During first week of class: 75% refund less non-refundable deposit.
- No refunds will be issued after the first week of class.
- In the highly unlikely event a class is cancelled by Mold3D Academy, enrolled students will be immediately notified and refunded the class payment received in full.
SELF-PACED class
- Self-Paced classes are non-refundable.
MENTORSHIPS
- All mentorships include a non-refundable $50 deposit. Cancellation requests must be made by email to info@mold3dacademy.com.
- Mentorships will be issued refunds per the following information:
- Before the first mentorship session: 100% refund less non-refundable deposit.
- No refunds will be issued after the first session.
- Sessions that are missed by the student will not be rescheduled or refunded.
- Unfortunately we are unable accommodate reschedule session requests. (updated 8/28/18)
- In the highly unlikely event a mentorship is cancelled by Mold3D Academy, enrolled students will be immediately notified and refunded the class payment received in full.
INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PLAN (INSTRUCTED CLASSES ONLY)
As outlined prior to making the first installment plan payment upon class enrollment, the following terms and conditions apply:
- Payment in full for each installment must be received by the payment deadline.
- One missed payment will result in cancellation of the plan. If there is an issue making your payment, please contact info@mold3dacademy.com.
- Online class access will be subject to immediate cancellation for non-payment including access to all class content as outlined in the Class Details and Description.
- Refunds are handled as noted in our refund policy, included again below:

LIVE WORKSHOP EVENTS
- All workshops include a non-refundable $50 deposit. Cancellation requests must be made by email to info@mold3dacademy.com.
- 7 days prior to the workshop date: 100% less non-refundable deposit fees.
- For any cancellations requested 6 days prior to the workshop please email info@mold3dacademy.com as soon as possible.
- In the highly unlikely event a workshop is cancelled by Mold3D Academy, enrolled students will be immediately notified and refunded the class payment received in full.
