Mold3D Academy is now a CSATTF approved Training Vendor for the 2017/2018 Skills Training Program through the Contract Services Administration Trust Fund ("CSATF") for the following members: Local #705 (Motion Picture Costumers),  Local #800 (Art Directors Guild), Local #839 (The Animation Guild) and Local #892 (Costume Design Guild). 

To qualify for this tuition reimbursement program, you must meet the CSATTF eligibility requirements and have your application approved by CSATTF  via email prior to taking the requested instructed course. Qualifying members can receive two-thirds reimbursement with CSATTF approval. Please note, it takes about 1-2 weeks for processing each application. 

The application packet consists of the following 3 forms:

1. 2018/2019 Vendor Provided Training Application
2. Course Selection Form
3. Reimbursement Policy Form

Upon your successful completion of the course, you will need to to submit the following documents with your completed Reimbursement Policy Form:

1. Certificate of Completion from Mold3D Academy. (To qualify, you must complete the full course on time.)
2. Proof of Payment
3. Copy of vendor invoice or a copy of the course attendance record.

Please note, the reimbursement request form must be completed and submitted to CSATTF with the above supporting documents within 45 days after the course completion date.
